Overview
Senior Veterinary Surgeon - Small Animal at Lakeside Vets, Llansamlet. Salary up to £70,000 DOE. Flexible working hours with part-time options and no out-of-hours requirements. This is a leadership role within a growing practice, partnering with the Practice Manager and Clinical Director to guide direction and nurture the team.
Responsibilities
* Guide the direction of the practice in collaboration with the Practice Manager and Clinical Director
* Support the clinical team in driving high standards and contributing to clinical decision-making
* Help shape the future of the practice
* Operate within a dynamic and supportive team environment
Working Arrangements
* 5 days, 8 hours per day, or 4 days, 10 hours per day (Monday to Friday)
* Part-time hours available to suit needs
* Requirement to work 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, with time off in lieu during the week
