* Set/Operate Hot Heading machines to produce fasteners to strict tolerances
* Undertake to train on all machines to ensure 100% flexibility in the workplace and once fully trained to train others at a future date.
* Use gauges and measuring equipment to ensure product meets required specifications
* Self certification of your personal work
* Responsible for producing SPC charts and records
* To actively take part in locally focused, or multi-functional continuous improvement teams
* Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards
* Work as fully flexible team member within the company to maximise levels of production and quality
* All quality procedures are adhered to, taking an active part in root cause analysis
* Maximise plant and resource utilisation
Adhere to training plan with regular feedback meetings with supervisor/team leaders
Key Responsibilities

* Maintain full compliance with Howmet policies and procedures and conduct all activities in accordance with the Howmet Guide to Business Conduct.

Experience Required
* Demonstratable experience in an Aerospace Manufacturing production.
* Experience in setting/operating machinery.
* Experience of working with Titanium, Stainless Steels, Aluminium, Mild Steel.
* Planning, organising and prioritising skills
* High level of EHS knowledge and awareness.
Demonstrable flexibility in current role with interest to progress within the business
