Overview
* Location: Remote, Field based
* Working hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm
* Salary:£28,646 + up to £4,000 performance related bonus (paid quarterly) plus car allowance up to £500 per month
What you will be doing
* Working collaboratively with the Market Insight Manager to recognise customer landscape and identify opportunities to introduce Acorn products.
* Coordinating visits to key locations to access the wider market, industry businesses, lead generation and understand competitors.
* Working closely with the Sales remits to ensure the process and experience of customers is fluid, dealt with appropriately and within timescales, and that updates are provided to MIM/SMT on an ongoing basis.
* Engaging with industry representatives to provide subject matter and technical expertise of the Acorn Insurance product suite to maintain and promote customer satisfaction and advocacy.
* Collaborating with other team members including Projects, Fleet & Support as required.
* Being knowledgeable of the industry, including requirements, restrictions, providers and competition.
What we’re looking for
* Experience networking both alone and collaboratively in a team is essential to represent the business to the highest calibre.
* Ability to conduct B2C events including exhibitions, networking, “pop-up” hubs and stalls as well as B2B.
* A natural ability to engage with a wider audience within public speaking.
* An approachable, resourceful attitude is needed in finding routes to market.
* Ability to identify opportunities of growth across nation‑wide locations and product distribution.
* Flexibility to travel to locations across the UK as per business needs and be situated at locations for necessary periods required.
* Full UK Driving License.
