Carpenter - Woking (Timber Frame Homes) Rate: £25.00 per hour Location: Woking, Surrey Start: March | Duration: 8 Months Atkinson Baker Associates are recruiting an experienced Carpenter for a long-term contract with a Sustainable Residential Contractor. The Client This company builds premium detached homes using advanced timber frame technology. They are looking for a carpenter who takes pride in high-end residential work, rather than high-volume site joinery. The Role You will be involved in the complete construction of these homes: Structural: Erection of timber frames, roof trusses, and floor cassettes. External: Installing high-spec cladding (Timber/Composite) and architectural features. Internal: Full 2nd fix fit-out (doors, skirtings, flooring, and kitchens). Technical: You must be able to work directly from the architectural drawings. Requirements Essential: Valid CSCS Card and full tools (110v/Battery). Essential: Experience in Timber Frame housing or bespoke residential carpentry. Essential: Ability to read technical drawings and work autonomously. Location Woking, Surrey.
