We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Quality Control Manager to join their global team.
Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you'll lead the enhancement of the Quality Control function, focusing on increasing capability, efficiency, and capacity, especially within the AQL system and quarantine disposition processes. You will be responsible for ensuring products meet rigorous quality standards and maintaining the highest quality across all areas.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee and continuously improve quality control policies and procedures
2. Manage and develop a team of quality control professionals
3. Lead training in measurement and assessment techniques, including calibration equipment
4. Make decisions on non-conforming product disposition
5. Ensure production quality aligns with specifications
6. Drive innovation in quality control through new technologies and techniques
7. Foster a customer-focused approach within quality processes
Qualifications
1. Proven experience as a quality control professional
2. Strong background in managing and mentoring quality control teams
3. Advanced metrology skills, including CMM machine programming
4. Solid understanding of geometric tolerancing and calibration
5. A degree in Engineering or a related field

Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
* Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
