The Opportunity This role offers a blend of financial control and true business partnering, supporting multiple service-based entities within the group. You’ll work closely with operational leadership, providing insight, challenge and commercial guidance to drive performance and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead the management accounting and reporting function across multiple business units Oversee month-end, year-end and statutory reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance Manage balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments Support and coordinate the external audit process Conduct variance analysis and financial performance reviews Partner with operational leaders to provide commercial insight and challenge Support budgeting and forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities Provide financial input on pricing, investment decisions and new initiatives Drive process improvements and financial best practice across the division About You ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified Strong background in management accounting and financial reporting Proven experience in a business partnering / commercially focused role Ability to influence non-finance stakeholders and add value operationally Advanced analytical and MI reporting capability Previous experience mentoring or supporting team development Why Apply?
