JDK Consultancy are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator in West London for a Construction & Civils Contractor. Duties include: Weekly Payroll Liasing with our Payroll company each week to send them timesheets and send them new operatives to set up on the system Managing invoices Adding invoices to our accounting software, reconciling invoices with bank statements and making invoice payments Raising invoice queries with suppliers, resolving & agreeing Processing Quarterly VAT Returns liaising with our external accountant Assisting with answering phones, taking messages, filing, managing post etc. Assisting with admin such as updating cost registers, employee training register, tenders register, setting up credit accounts with suppliers etc. To be considered you MUST: Experience using Odoo Accounts or equivalent within a finance team like Sage, Coins, Quickbooks Strong IT skills in Microsoft products especially Excel An organised & planned approach to work Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Excellent verbal & written communication abilities The confidence to challenge & ask questions when required We are looking for a candidate who is available immediately.
