Hours: 20 hours per week (Mondays, Fridays + 1 additional day)
Salary: Up to £21 per hour (DOE)

You will be joining a supportive, multidisciplinary team consisting of:
* 4 GPs
* 2 ANPs
* First Contact Practitioner
* Physician Associate
* Clinical Pharmacist
* Practice Nurse and HCA
* Administrative support team
Role Overview
The successful candidate will work closely with the team to provide high standards of patient care across core Practice Nurse duties.
Key responsibilities include:
* Treatment room duties
* Chronic disease management
* Childhood and adult immunisations
* Cervical screening (preferred)
* Wound care
* Health promotion and long-term condition management
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 1 year Primary Care experience
* EMIS Web experience
* Confident in core Practice Nurse duties
