Hays are looking to recruit 3 class supervisors to work for us on a flexible, ad-hoc basis at our partnership secondary schools in Stafford and Stone at a rate of up to £95 per day.Cover supervisors supervise the pupils, carrying out pre-prepared exercises when teaching staff are on short-term absence. The cover supervisor's main job is to manage a classroom, ensuring that students remain on task with the work they have been set. No planning, preparation or marking is required. This is more of a class supervisor position and therefore, no formal qualifications are required. However, some experience of working with children is preferred.Your working hours will typically be between 8:30-3:30pm and you can choose the days you want to work each week. You would be paid on a weekly basis and be able to have a flexible work-life balance in this particular position.This is a very rewarding position where you will get to know individual schools and have the chance to help make a difference.
