Overview

Full time/Term Time 40 weeks (Salary pro Rata). This is a brilliant opportunity to join our expanding community of talented, committed and inspirational colleagues. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Reception team; we are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about providing excellent front of house service. You will work closely with a dedicated team of staff who are committed to providing a high level of customer service to all clients and students both face to face and over the telephone. This is a varied role with periods of very high demand, you will gain significant experience about the operational perspective of a large organisation and responding appropriately to a wide variety of enquiries and situations. This role would be ideal for a person with a strong background in providing customer care who is committed to supporting both young people and adults to access opportunities that will transform their lives. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, results driven, possess good communication skills and be passionate about improving the lives of people and communities. The role will provide the right individual with variety, challenge and great satisfaction in being a part of an excellent team and organisation.

Safeguarding The College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Employees will, in accordance with statutory guidance, be subject to a comprehensive checking process including references from current and previous employers, health, right to work in the UK, an enhanced DBS check and a further check against the appropriate barred list. To comply with legislation, you are required to obtain a DBS check for your role. We will be asking Protocol National Ltd/Esafeguarding Ltd to undertake this process on our behalf.
