We’re seeking a Window Design Consultant to join our expanding team. This is a client-facing, design-led role suited to someone who appreciates timeless interiors and understands how the right windows and doors can enhance a home's aesthetic.
You’ll be guiding homeowners through tailored window and door solutions, balancing heritage charm with modern performance. With complete product training and a supportive team behind you, you’ll have the tools you need to thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Conducting in-home and virtual consultations to understand client needs
* Presenting bespoke window and door solutions with confidence and clarity
* Preparing quotes and guiding clients from inquiry to installation
* Building lasting relationships and encouraging repeat and referral business
* Working closely with our installation and support teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
What We’re Looking For
* A background in home improvement, interiors, or design-led sales
* A keen eye for detail and an appreciation of both period and modern architecture
* Excellent communication and people skills
* A self-motivated, professional approach with the ability to manage your diary
* Confidence using basic digital tools (CRM, email, quote systems)
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally for appointments
