Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 to £26,500 per annum + up to 20% bonus + company car
Working: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday
Territory: Covers from Holyhead to Caernarfon in the west, to Oswestry, Northwich and Frodsham in the east, and includes the Wirral up to Heswall and Bebington
We're looking for a sales driven soul with a passion for chocolate. You'll be travelling across the region, from Holyhead to Oswestry, Betws-y-Coed to Winsford, visiting small local convenience stores. You'll be driving sales of Nestle chocolate lines, helping to keep shelves fully stocked and increasing the ranges available in each store.
What You will Be Doing
1. Visiting convenience stores, building relationships with store owners to increase product range and availability
2. Implementing sales generating actions like improving shelf layouts, replacing pricing labels
3. Sharing market insights, category data, and brand news with store colleagues
4. Executing retail activities that boost product visibility
5. Merchandising shelves, fixing out-of-stocks, and ensuring promotional materials are correctly placed
6. Capturing key data and reporting back via digital tools
7. Supporting brand and store performance through problem-solving, customer service, and keen commercial thinking
What We’re Looking For
8. Excellent sales skills, relationship-building and communication
9. Strong commercial nous and a proactive approach to fixing problems
10. Ability to interpret sales data and take action based on insights
11. Comfortable working independently while being a collaborative team player
12. Previous experience in a field sales role is a plus - but attitude is everything!
