Were currently recruiting experienced Shift Operatives to join our production site in Alfreton.
Reporting to the Production Manager, youll play a key role in operating plant and equipment safely and efficiently to ensure our production targets are met. Youll help maintain our high standards of quality, safety and operational performance while supporting the smooth running of the site.

What youll be doing
* Operating plant and equipment to meet or exceed production targets
* Completing daily production reporting and operator preventative maintenance tasks
* Ensuring Health & Safety rules and company policies are always followed
* Supporting continuous improvement across process, plant and production areas
* Balancing production line operation and cleaning duties
* Building positive working relationships with production and maintenance colleagues
* Ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently
* Maintaining good timekeeping and flexibility
