Job Description
Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a HCPC registered Psychologist to work within a specialist school based in the West Midlands on a part-time basis.
*Option for full time role across 2 schools (25 minutes between schools.)
Role snapshot:
The candidate appointed will be working for an employer who have clinical services within educational and care settings for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. The successful candidate will be joining school-based therapy team who work with children ages 7-19 with ASD, ADHD and/or SEMH needs.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with school staff to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the service users. You will provide consultation, deliver workshops and training to the educational and residential teams around our children.
Contract type – permanent, 52- week working
Hours – part-time, 3 days per week
Salary - £62,750 - £73,500 FTE
Experience required:
Clinical Psychologists applying will have HCPC registration along with experience working with young people with complex needs, SEMH or Autism.
