Are you a qualified Gas Engineer based near Bury St Edmunds? Do you have experience in servicing and repairing domestic heating systems?
If so, we’d love to hear from you! We’re currently seeking skilled Service and Repair Engineers to join our team. While Oil/Unvented qualifications would be beneficial, it’s not essential for this position.
This role offers a competitive basic salary between £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience plus additional earning opportunities such as performance bonuses and on-call payments!
Plus, there’s a £1,000 retention bonus available after six months of service.

Your Role:
Undertake the servicing, repairing & maintenance of Domestic heating systems
Complete works in accordance with specification and gas safe regulations
Completion of all relevant paperwork
Ensure customer satisfaction and safety
Participate in out of hour's works, including overtime and call out
Work to operational procedures, safe working practices and H&S procedures
Reporting of all accidents, near miss events or potential hazards
Undertake all other maintenance works within remit
Work flexibly with a diverse range of customers
What We Need from You.
ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
LPG Gas Qualifications (desirable)
G3 unvented cylinder qualifications (desirable)
Air Source Training (beneficial but not essential)
Recognised formal qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) (desirable)
A full UK driving license
Ability to undertake out of hours works, including overtime and call out
Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work and schedules
Excellent customer service skills with experience working with the public
A solid understanding of gas legislation and regulations
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices and working to best standards
Ability to manage your time and workload independently
