The Role:
We’re seeking an organised and people‑oriented HR Officer to support workforce management across a busy construction environment. You’ll provide HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and payroll compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support recruitment, onboarding and induction processes
• Maintain HR records and personnel files in line with data protection law
• Assist with performance management and training administration
• Handle employee queries and support HR policy implementation
• Collate HR metrics and assist with payroll activities
You Bring:
• Proven HR experience, ideally within construction or professional services
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and confidentiality
• CIPD qualification desirable but not essential
