Job Description:
The National Project Coordinator will coordinate the activities of the Keyline Projects Team across both National and Regional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment. Responsibilities include supporting functions such as information gathering, effective communication, presentation development, and performance reporting. This role is vital in enabling the successful implementation of Project Sales Capability initiatives, contributing to improved project execution and sales effectiveness.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Collaborate closely with the Projects, Technical & Estimating teams to deliver early engagement and project value.
2. Organise and communicate project information from various sources via Sales Hub and other means to facilitate project progress.
3. Support national sales and regional teams in information gathering, project reviews, and administration of documents, quotes, and tasks on Sales Hub.
4. Maintain and socialise inbound customer project pipelines on Sales Hub as key opportunities.
5. Participate in meetings and workstreams related to project progression with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
6. Manage and update project team information, including mapping colleagues, suppliers, and clients.
7. Assist in generating and delivering training materials for project management, primarily via Sales Hub.
8. Support the development and administration of Sales Hub as a CRM system, including onboarding and access management for new staff.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Excellent IT skills, proficient with Google Sheets and Docs.
* Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups.
* Strong organisational and document management skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
* Effective relationship-building skills with customers, colleagues, and clients.
* Data literacy with trend and sales opportunity recognition.
* Knowledge of computer systems, document, and spreadsheet creation.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
