As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will guide technical refinement sessions to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. You will shape technical strategy, drive architectural decisions, and ensure solutions support both immediate project objectives and long-term organisational goals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about designing innovative, future-focused solutions within the Service Cloud ecosystem and its integrated applications, delivering meaningful business value and continuous improvement. This is a hybrid role based at Barton-upon-Humber. Main Responsibilities: Build and deploy custom solutions using LWC and Apex. Create, update, and optimise Flows to automate complex business processes. Support integrations with external systems and APIs, leveraging Mulesoft endpoints (no direct Mulesoft development required). Deliver maintainable, scalable, and high-performance code aligned with best practices. Review team code and provide feedback to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Work closely with developers, BAs, and PMs to ensure aligned, effective delivery. Maintain data integrity and security within Salesforce in line with compliance and privacy requirements. Takes initiative, ownership, and responsibility. Strong desire to explore and adopt new technologies and processes. Able to prioritise effectively and work autonomously. Proficient in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, JavaScript (ES6), SOQL, and RESTful APIs. Experience with databases, Git-based repository tools (e.g., Bitbucket), and container technologies such as Docker.
