Pay details:
* 16-17 - £7.55 per hour
* 18+ - £12.21 per hour
* End date: 14 February 2026
* Hours: 16hrs per week
Responsibilities
* Provide friendly customer service and engage with customers.
* Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to the Pausa standard.
* Develop knowledge of our product range and meaningfully connect with customers.
* Maintain a busy, hands-on coffee shop environment and contribute to a positive experience for every customer.
Qualifications
* Entry level role (no prior specific experience required).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Availability for seasonal hours through February 2026.
