Job Purpose:
We at Rise Care are a child centred organisation that puts our Young People to the forefront of what we do. Our aim is to ensure that each young person feels safe, supported, and nurtured. Along with this we aim to ensure that each young person is able to access new opportunities and thrive as an individual and achieves their goals and aspirations. Rise Care also has access to our own internal well-being practitioner who is able to provide 1:1 support to our Young People and staff team.

QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management for Children & Young People
a positive mentor who wants to enrich young people's lives and support them to thrive & achieve their goals
A strong work ethic, flexibility and self-motivation
A dynamic individual who is able to work with multi-agency to develop opportunities for young people
The ability to see past challenging behaviours and give genuine support and compassion
Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
Be a part of a call system to support the home and staff team

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
