SAP Callidus (SAP Commissions) Support Lead
Reading, UK (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Contract – 6 Months
1 Position
We are seeking an experienced SAP Callidus (SAP Commissions) Support Lead to take full ownership of production support, stability, and operational governance for a business-critical incentive compensation platform.
This role requires a strong L2/L3 support professional who can act as the single point of accountability for incidents, problems, changes, and release management while working closely with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, IT teams, and SAP product support.
The Role
You will lead on-site application support and ensure end-to-end operational stability across:
Crediting and compensation calculations
EIM data loads and reconciliations
Payee and position management
Pipeline and scheduler monitoring
Period close and payroll integration
Release planning and regression testing
You will also drive SLA adherence, audit readiness, documentation standards, and continuous improvement initiatives across the commissions platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily production support operations and manage service queues
Drive incident triage, RCA documentation, and corrective actions
Plan and execute configuration changes, patches, and releases
Maintain plans, rules, rate tables, calendars, and hierarchies
Own EIM data loads, validations, reconciliations, and integration fixes
Ensure payout accuracy and support period close sign-offs
Deliver weekly/monthly service governance reporting
Enforce access controls, audit documentation, and compliance standards
Manage stakeholder communications and vendor escalations
Mentor support analysts and strengthen knowledge management practices
Identify automation and performance optimisation opportunities
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on SAP Callidus (SAP Commissions) configuration experience
Proven L2/L3 production support leadership
Deep understanding of crediting, compensation rules, rate tables, calendars, payees, and security roles
Experience managing EIM loads, validations, and reconciliation processes
Knowledge of CRM/ERP integrations and ETL/iPaaS tools
Strong ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management expertise
Advanced SQL and Excel skills for payout validation and reporting
Excellent stakeholder management across Sales Ops, Finance, HR, and IT
Experience mentoring and leading support analysts
Desirable
Exposure to SAP Territories & Quotas (T&Q/TQM), SAP CPQ
ITIL v3/v4, PMP or Prince2
SOX and audit compliance exposure
Automation scripting experience
Agile delivery understanding
