SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS COORDINATOR (SENCO) Required for September 2026 Main or Upper Pay Scale (including the London Fringe Allowance) plus TLR 1(c) £17,215. Part-time hours considered for suitable candidate. This is a fantastic time to join our expanding and outstanding school and to contribute to a highly regarded, supportive and ambitious Welfare and Learning Support department. What are we looking for?
Responsibilities
* An enthusiastic and committed SENCO who will lead a team of Welfare and Learning Support Assistants dedicated to developing the potential and meeting the specific learning needs of pupils across the whole age and ability range
* A committed individual who wishes to add to the success of the Welfare and Learning Support department by researching and implementing their own ideas and strategies
* This post would suit an ambitious teacher who has considerable experience of working with Special Educational Needs or as a SENCO
