PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR – Fee Earner, NQ, to 3 PQE
Location: Basildon, Essex
Salary: £35,000 – £60,000

Role Requirements The ideal Private Client Solicitor will:

* Be Non-Qualified Fee Earner to 3 years PQE in private client law (applications as fee earner up to 4 PQE will be considered)

* Have proven experience managing files in areas such as:

* Probate & Administration of Estates
\t
\t
* Wills drafting
\t
\t
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
\t
\t
* Trusts
\t
\t
* Inheritance Tax & Capital Gains Tax planning
\t
Key Skills & Personal Attributes
\t
* Strong client-focused approach, with the ability to build long-term relationships
\t
\t
* Proactive, motivated, and positive attitude
\t
\t
* Commitment to delivering a high standard of service
\t
\t
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
