Your Role
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Group Manager to ensure the smooth running of our operations at Chartwells. This is a full-time position, contracted for 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

* Efficiently manage the contract to ensure top-notch food and beverage services
* Maintain positive client relationships
* Plan resources effectively to deliver first-class service
* Oversee the recruitment, development, and training of team members
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Meet financial budgets and run operations in line with income and cost targets
Who You Are
Our ideal Manager will possess:
* Previous experience in contract catering
* Proven leadership skills with a track record of delivering results
* Experience in growing sales and retaining business
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong leadership abilities to motivate and engage teams
* Capability to liaise with colleagues, customers, and clients at all levels
* A quality-driven mindset focused on delivering results
* Compliance with company policies and procedures
* IT literacy (MS Office, Email)
