Role overview:
The Customer Service & Ecommerce Assistant will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring all queries are handled quickly, professionally, and with a customer-first mindset. Alongside customer service, you will support the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce store, including back-end management, website updates, and product data administration.
This is a hands-on role where you'll gain broad experience across ecommerce, customer service, and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
* Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a friendly and professional manner.
* Resolve order issues, returns, warranty and complaints efficiently, escalating where necessary.
* Provide detailed product information and after-sales support.
* Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction and feedback channels.
Ecommerce Support
* Assist with updating product listings (images, descriptions, stock levels, pricing).
* Assist in producing digital assets for marketing campaigns, including product imagery, graphics and banners
* Provide general admin support for the ecommerce and marketing teams.
Wider Business Support
* Assist in the warehouse operations during peak times (packing, stock checks, fulfilment).
* Support at live events, demos and other out-of-office activities across the UK.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
* Previous experience in customer service, ideally in ecommerce or retail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Photoshop/Illustrator experience
* Organised, detail orientated and comfortable multitasking
* Confident with ecommerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
Desirable:
* Knowledge of action sports.
* Basic understanding of SEO, online merchandising or digital marketing.
* Video and content creation
* Marketing experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £16,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
