What will you be doing as a Recruitment, Onboarding & Training Coordinator?
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on contact centre/customer service roles
Posting job adverts, screening applications, and arranging interviews
Supporting hiring managers and liaising with external recruitment partners
Coordinating onboarding schedules and ensuring all new starter logistics are in place
Delivering warm, structured induction experiences for new team members
Organising internal training sessions and maintaining up-to-date training records
Supporting line managers with tracking development needs and compliance training
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in recruitment, onboarding, or training coordination
A background in a contact centre, call centre, or fast-paced customer service environment (ideal, not essential)
A proactive, people-focused approach and excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using HR systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
What will you get in return for your work as a Recruitment, Onboarding & Training Coordinator?
Salary of £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Office based role in Altrincham, Greater Manchester
