Freelance Technical Manager
3 months Contract - Minimum
£250 - £350 per day
The Technical Manager role is working across large scale residential led legacy projects.
* Organise information needed for section agreements S38&278, S104 &106 - Roads and Drainage adoptions.
* Liaise with local authorities and consultants
* Deal with any remedial works that are needed on site,
* Elements to be finished before maintenance period for adoption
* Provide construction information for QS for costing
