We prize creativity and imagination and The purpose of this role is to ensure the procurement of assigned raw materials and packaging categories is in line with Procurement/Supply Chain best practice, company guidelines, site quality and cost–effective commercial targets. Accountable for global strategy decisions in sourcing, establishing and managing budget/commercials, performance measures and business goals for the direct sourcing of raw materials and packaging for the site.**Job Responsibilities** The following responsibilities are associated with this job role but are not limited to: **Qualifications and DESIRED SKILLS** Strong experience within an industrial purchasing/procurement/sourcing roleHighly Influential, with ability to negotiate effectively across the globe (Strategic Global outlook)Experience using SAP systems Chemical industry/manufacturing experience preferred Can demonstrate effective leadership skills with stakeholdersStrong process management including experience of auditing processesGreat communication skills and the ability to develop long-term cross functional and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders, across all operational environmentsChartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) qualifications preferred, but not required
