Your Day-to-Day Impact
You'll lead from the front, motivating and developing your Project Manager team while ensuring flawless delivery across all projects. Working closely with our Pre Construction and QS teams, you'll coordinate resources efficiently and maintain our exacting site-based standards. Your role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership – from board-level meetings discussing project requirements to ensuring every team member returns home safely each day.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing facilities services delivery in corporate environments, with construction sector project management successes essential. Fire safety experience would be advantageous but isn't mandatory – we value strong leadership and strategic thinking above all. You'll need outstanding communication skills and a talent for building client relationships that drive departmental success.
