What you'll be doing
* Curate and optimise
a UK-relevant commercial lighting range aligned to demand, regulation and margin goals.
* Lead retail pricing actions and margin strategy
with input into cost price management to drive profitable growth and own-brand penetration.
* Source, develop and launch
products with European parent, China factories and UK suppliers, from specification through introduction.
* Analyse performance
across sales, mix and profitability to identify gaps, rationalise third-party lines and deliver year-on-year growth.
What you'll bring
* 3+ years in commercial lighting
with knowledge of UK market dynamics and standards.
* Commercial acumen
in pricing, margin management and range performance analysis.
* Supplier collaboration and negotiation
experience across UK, Europe and Asia.
* Clear stakeholder influence
across product, marketing, logistics and sales.
