Head of Kitchen Location: Rivendell Flying High Academy, NG14 5HH Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 14:15pm Salary: £13.27 per hour Contract: Permanent Weekly Hours: 26.25 hours Setting: Working within a school environment We are seeking a Head of Kitchen to lead the catering team at Rivendell Flying High Academy. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality meals in a safe and hygienic environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of the school kitchen Prepare and serve nutritious meals in line with dietary requirements Maintain food safety and hygiene standards Order stock and manage kitchen budgets Supervise and support kitchen staff What Were Looking For Previous experience in a similar role Strong leadership and organisational skills Knowledge of food safety regulations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one
