Activity Coordinator / Lifestyle Coordinator Location: Ashton Manor, Lancaster Salary: £13.45 per hour, with overtime paid at £14.95 per hour Hours: We are open to considering applicants looking for Part-Time and Full-Time contracts from 15 hours per week to 37.5 hours per week About the Role: Evermore Care is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Lifestyle Coordinator / Activity Coordinator to join our state-of-the-art care home in Lancaster, Ashton Manor. This is a fantastic opportunity available on both full-time and part-time contracts, where you’ll plan, design, and lead a variety of engaging social and recreational activities that enrich the lives of our elderly residents. Collaborate with local performers and organisations to arrange enriching experiences for residents. Maintain accurate records, update care plans, and manage schedules effectively. Inspire friendships, creativity, and culture tailored to the diverse interests of residents. Experience and Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a care or dementia environment. Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills. A creative and proactive approach with a passion for making a positive difference.
