A Logistics business that has recently undertaken a significant transformation programme is looking to hire a Business Analyst to supprt the change & transformation programmes, which will entail significant technical changes.

Job Title: Business Analyst
Salary: Up to £85,000 Depending On Experience
Type: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP but open to notice periods
Location: Mayfair, 5 Days A Week Onsite
This is a comprehensive role that requires confidence in managing the full analysis lifecycle - from engaging stakeholders to gather requirements, through overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT), and supporting the transition into Hypercare.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
* You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of their business needs and objectives, conducting interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather and accurately document requirements.
* You will analyse the collected requirements to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential issues.
* You will produce clear and comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements Documents, user stories, functional specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
* You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams, facilitating communication and managing expectations effectively.
* You will assess business processes to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks and recommend improvements through techniques such as business process modelling and reengineering to enhance workflow and productivity.
* You will analyse data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making, using tools such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms to extract, manipulate, and visualise data.
* After implementation, you will monitor solution performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for further refinement and optimisation.
Requirements/Experience:
* A solid technical foundation with a broad understanding of various technologies and platforms
* Proven experience in contributing to systems implementations (such as ERP) and delivering technical change initiatives
* Demonstrated capability in producing Business Analysis artefacts across multiple, simultaneous and/or complex programmes of work
* Proficient in data analysis methodologies and tools
* Able to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
* Skilled at building and sustaining effective stakeholder relationships
* Sharp business acumen and a solid grasp of organisational dynamics and challenges
* Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives
