Overview of a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Coordinator
Our client is seeking an SCM Coordinator to manage customer interactions, oversee supply chain planning, and support operational delivery. This customer-facing role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Lead daily communication with customers and build strong relationships.
* Manage weekly supply chain processes, ensuring alignment with business plans and KPIs.
* Analyse sales and demand data, update internal systems, and propose forecasts.
* Coordinate delivery order creation and maintain accurate order management.
* Liaise with finance on credit control and invoice queries.
* Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
