Registered Manager – 2x Bed Therapeutic Children’s Home – Potential for Dual Registration in the future.

Salary: £47,500 - £60,000 Depending on Experience & Bonus Scheme

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will:
* Full UK Driver’s Licence
* Take full operational and regulatory responsibility for the children’s home
* Lead with therapeutic intent, embedding PACE and DDP throughout the home
* Build and support a strong, values-driven team culture
* Ensure children’s emotional and developmental needs are met through relational care
* Promote outstanding outcomes through individualised care planning and trauma-informed practice
* Deliver reflective supervision and model emotionally intelligent leadership
* Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and contribute to continuous service improvement
* Work closely with families, professionals, and external partners to ensure a wraparound approach
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a visionary and grounded leader who:
* Has at least 4 years of residential childcare experience, including previous management role - Ofsted rated Good and Above for 2x years.
* Holds the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent
* Has a strong understanding of trauma, attachment, and child development
* Is committed to DDP-informed care and the PACE model
* Can lead with both compassion and accountability
* Willingness to Dual register across 2x 2 bed homes.
* Values co-regulation, reflective practice, and a child-first culture
* Can inspire, develop, and hold a team through both challenge and change
* Is confident working with regulators and committed to achieving Outstanding outcomes
