About This Role
Administration Co‑ordinator We are seeking to appoint an organised, proactive and professional Administration Co‑ordinator to join our team. This vital role supports the effective day‑to‑day running of the school and involves co‑ordinating administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, supporting meetings and events, and acting as a key point of contact for staff, students, parents and external agencies. The successful candidate will be able to manage competing priorities, work to deadlines, and communicate clearly and confidently in a busy environment. Strong organisational and IT skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding are essential. Previous administrative experience is required, ideally within an educational setting, and we offer a supportive working environment and opportunities for professional development.
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8.15am‑4.15pm, Friday 8.15am‑3.45pm (some flexibility in hours may be possible)
