Job Description:
Hawksworth is seeking a Security Data Loss Prevention Manager for a global law firm. This permanent, remote role (UK only) involves occasional travel to Belfast or London for meetings. Salary will be discussed with the candidate based on experience.
The Job:
The Security Data Loss Prevention Manager will oversee the organization's data loss prevention strategies and technologies. Responsibilities include executive reporting, building reports, gathering statistics, budgeting, leadership, and effective communication of technical information to diverse audiences. Vendor management skills are essential, including vendor calls, accountability, and roadmap management to prevent reactive vendor issues.
Required skills & experience:
* 3-5 years’ experience in DLP and Cloud Solutions
* 3-5 years in management or team leadership roles
* 3-5 years’ experience in people and vendor management
* Technical expertise in DLP technologies, including Microsoft Purview and Proofpoint, with oversight of their implementation and management
* Experience in policy development, implementation, and compliance with regulatory standards
* Proven enterprise vendor management and executive reporting experience
* Ability to operate a DLP program at a large enterprise scale for a global organization
