We’re currently recruiting for an Employment Adviser to join our team. You will provide advice and support to help participants overcome barriers to employment and achieve realistic job goals.
You will manage a caseload of participants, guiding and mentoring them on their journey to employment. You will build strong, positive relationships, motivate, challenge, and support customers to obtain sustainable employment.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be target-driven, and a motivational adviser. You should have a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills, be able to work under pressure without supervision, and provide first-class customer service, aligned with our aim to empower lives and improve communities.
This role offers the opportunity to utilise your skills to support others and contribute to community development. It forms part of our Restart Scheme, supporting unemployed people back to work.
In return, we offer a salary of £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and benefits including:
* 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday Day off (with optional additional days)
