This full-time role offers a salary range of £40,850 - £61,000 and benefits.
As a Registered Manager, you will lead the daily operations of a three-bedroom residential home for young people with emotional and behavioural needs, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and well-regulated environment.
You will be responsible for:
1. Providing leadership and supervision to care teams.
2. Developing and reviewing care plans tailored to individual needs.
3. Ensuring compliance with care standards and regulatory frameworks.
4. Engaging effectively with local authorities, families, and professionals.
5. Maintaining accurate documentation using digital tools.
6. Supporting shift cover and participating in an on-call rota.
What we are looking for:
1. Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager, or in a similar role.
2. At least 3 years' experience working with Children and Young People within a residential setting, including 2 years in a senior role.
3. Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce or an equivalent qualification.
4. Familiarity with Ofsted regulatory inspections.
5. Understanding of safeguarding procedures and regulatory compliance.
6. Knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
7. Valid UK driving licence.
8. Right to work in the UK.
