JOB ROLE: Family Support Worker
LOCATION: Wellington, Telford, TF1
SALARY: £ £13.30 per hour / £25,552 - £26,972 per annum

More about the role
* You will take a multifaceted approach to providing support to families in the centre on day shifts and waking night shifts
* Ensure the families are able to achieve their desired outcomes whilst providing practical support and advice.
* You will be part of a qualified and experienced team that is overseen by the Centre Manager.
* Complete initial assessments of the family's needs enabling you to produce action plans.
* You will act as a positive role model developing trusting relationships that create recovery, growth and lasting change.
What do you need?

* Good professional boundaries with the families
* Good IT skills required
* Very organised on a day to day basis
* You need to be able to work flexibly to provide support for families and children. This will include working shifts with full-time and night hours being available.
