Sous Chef - Hotel - Jersey
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at this luxury hotel in Jersey. This role is to start ideally from October. As the Sous Chef you will support kitchen team under a Head and Exec Head Chef managing the CDP's and team, assisting in running various sections across this 4AA rosette Restaurant. The exceptional a la carte restaurant menu showcases modern British cooking in a classic setting with the emphasis on fresh Jersey produce.

The Person
The ideal Sous Chef will have the following:
Experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining environment
Rosette experience preferred 3/4 rosettes desirable
versatile to manage all sections.
Impeccable standards with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Available for a two day trial- costs covered by the hotel
Happy to relocate yourself
