Paralegal Residential Conveyancing
Location: Cheshire or Manchester City Centre
A respected conveyancing practice with offices in both Cheshire and central Manchester is looking to recruit a Paralegal to support its experienced residential conveyancing team.
This role offers the chance to join a fast-growing and friendly legal team that handles a broad range of residential property transactions.
On a typical day, you will:
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and solicitors
- Provide quotes and assist with file opening
- Draft contract papers
- Support with exchange and completion procedures
- Handle post-completion tasks including registrations
For this position, it is essential that you have a genuine interest in residential property and are keen to develop your legal career in this area.
