Job Description
Meadows Recruitment are looking for 2x Care Coordinators (Occupational Therapists, Social workers, nurses) available to start work in Essex:
-2x band 6 Care Coordinators.
-To start ASAP, currently approved for 4 weeks but likely to be extended as the roles are needed until the service has recruited to permanently.
-Mon – Fri 9-5.
-Intensive Outreach Team (mental health)
-Base: Canvey Island
