Overview:
Located on quaint and picturesque Church Street of Twickenham. We are seeking a dedicated Head Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and possess excellent customer service skills. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about grooming and is looking to grow in their career. This is a great opportunity for someone is a capable of being a role model, a leader and a decision maker. Wages will be dependant on experience.
Responsibilities:
* Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling pets
* Handle pets with care and ensure their safety and well-being during grooming sessions
* Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences
* Maintain a clean and organised grooming area and shop
* Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners
* Over see the grooming service operations.
* Works well with and manages full time grooming assistant.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years experience as a professional groomer.
* Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with pet owners
* Knowledge of animal care practices and techniques
* Veterinary background or certification is a plus
