We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead training and development at our Leicester site, ensuring colleagues have the skills, confidence, and support to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for all L&D matters on site. Coordinate and deliver learning programmes, onboarding, and compliance training. Partner with managers to build capability and foster a positive, values-led culture. Maintain accurate training data to support audits, insights, and continuous improvement. Design and deliver engaging training events and support change initiatives. Manage relationships with external providers and oversee L&D spend within budget.
