In this role you will be the critical interface between customers and the service engineers, ensuring that requests are dealt with in a timely manner, and that the service department runs efficiently. The role would suit someone with a strong background as an Administrator, Coordinator or Controller in a fast-paced service department, or within engineering / manufacturing environments.
