Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored 1:1 support for pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, or emotional and behavioural difficulties
* Assist the class teacher in delivering learning activities and managing behaviour
* Adapt learning materials to meet the individual pupil's needs
* Monitor and report progress to the SENCO and class teacher
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
Requirements:
* Previous experience working 1:1 with children with SEN (in schools or similar settings)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
* Two recent, relevant references
* Patience, empathy, and a calm, positive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
