We have an exciting opportunity for a temporary Oracle HCM Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for the development & maintenance of Oracle Fusion HCM. Collaborating with HR, IT & Business Stakeholders to understand and address user needs and requirements.
What you will do as Oracle HCM Analyst
1. Collaborate with HR, IT teams & Business Stakeholders to understand and address user needs and requirements.
2. Report Development & Maintenance
3. Developing and maintaining approval workflows within Oracle Fusion HCM modules
4. Assist in the implementation and integration of new features and functionalities.
5. Document and communicate system changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.
6. Maintaining accurate and relevant documentation relating to all technology support processes.
7. Monitoring and optimizing the performance of reporting solutions, troubleshooting issues and resolving data extraction problems.
8. Provide functional and technical support across Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Absence Management & Performance Management).
9. Supporting, maintaining, and exploiting the software platform, ensuring that necessary bug fixes, enhancements and upgrades are fit for purpose and able to meet business requirements and for applications to be efficient and effective.
10. Create and manage system administration processes and procedures including program scheduling
What you'll need to bring to this Oracle HCM Support Analyst role
11. Significant experience and understanding in the Oracle Platform, specifically all the HCM modules
12. Experience of supporting Core HR, Absence Management, Performance Management and Helpdesk modules
13. Experience of Oracle functionalities including the implementing, developing and maintenance of journeys, Oracle Guided Learning
14. Proficient with Oracle Analytics Tools to build reports: OTBI/Dashboards/Infolets
15. Strong skills in Excel and SQL
16. BI Publisher
17. Demonstrable problem-solving and analytical skills
18. Approachable style with a passion for continuously improving systems
19. Oracle guided learning experience.
