Job Types: Part-time, Permanent 20hrs per week, Mon-Friday, First Month- Hours 9-1.00pm then after 1.00-5.00pm Duties processing sales invoices issuing customer statements and chasing debt responding to finance queries from customers reception duties answering incoming calls assisting with purchase ledger WHAT EXPERIENCE IS CRITICAL TO THE ROLE Administrative experience gained within a finance function Credit control and reconciliations knowledge Processing sales and purchase ledgers Competent MS Excel user WHAT PERSONAL QUALITIES ARE REQUIRED Excellent organisational skills Working logically to ensure processes are completed efficiently Ability to pick up new processes and systems quickly Confident communicator Benefits: Company pension Free parking On-site parking Schedule: Monday to Friday
