* Plan sessions to create positive, engaging experiences
* Manage small budgets and resources effectively
What you bring:
* Ability to work independently and flexibly, with your own vehicle and licence
* Confidence to plan and adapt simple support programmes
* Strong organisational skills and a commitment to making a difference
What we offer:
* Guaranteed regular income (up to 3 days/week, term time) plus optional event work
* Support network and CPD opportunities
* Rewarding work with real impact, often beyond outdoor activities
What instructors say:
"It's having the opportunity to give them a 'good day' and a safe space. I love seeing the young person change from nervous or standoffish to laughing on an activity. And it's FUN."
"It's a fantastic opportunity to provide alternative, outdoor education to young people who have struggled in mainstream education. Experiences that will change their lives for the better
